Class Work Completion/Accuracy	Excellent The classwork was 100% complete and completed to student's best ability working according to the task description. Student achieved a grade of 80% or higher	Good The classwork was partially complete but needed minor modifications and completed to student's best ability working according to the task description. Student received a score of 70% or higher	Non-Compliance The student did not complete classwork in time period given, refused to start or abandoned classwork once started. Student received a score of 69% or lower
Number of teacher prompts	Excellent Student received 2 or less prompts from the teacher and/or paraeducator	Good Student received 3 to 5 prompts from the teacher and/or paraeducator	Non-Compliance Student received 5 or more prompts from the teacher and/or paraeducator
