Timeing	Poor not able to complete a head of foils in a reasonable set amount of time not able to determine length of lightenng process (do I need to apply heat) does not upgrade volume of developer as needed	good understands the need to be able to calculate processing time knows when and if nessacary to upgrade developer	Excellent able to complete a set of foils in the required time able to approximate processing time
Placement	Poor foils slipped not secured tightly enough to hair foils placed with no thought to outcome inconsistent weaving	good understands the reasons of different weaving tecniques such as slices, back to back foils understands the need for balance sectioning is neat and organized	Excellent able to enhance haircut by placing foils in appropriate places knows when to change weaving techniques (around hairline)
