Following Directions	Yellow Student did not complete the activity or follow directions. Student was off task instead of working.	Check Minus Student worked but did not finish. Student used other's ideas or thoughts in their activity.	Check Student's work is complete. Student used their own ideas. Student was helpful to others.	Check Plus Student's work is complete and carefully done. Student used original ideas and helped others. Student helped to clean up. Work shows thought!
Participation	Yellow Student was often off task and distracted. Student often played instead of working on activity.	Check Minus Student was sometimes off task or sometimes played. Student did not work with others when needed.	Check Student was usually on task. Students worked with others when needed.	Check Plus Student worked very hard to complete the task and showed leadership at the task.
