Images	Poor Images serve no purpose but to take up space.	Fair Images relate, but are placed in the brochure inappropriately.	Good Images are used but are distracting in places.	excellent Images make a contribution to the information and are not disruptive.
Content Age Appropriate	Poor Children of this age could not understand.	Fair Confusing for the child.	Good Children could understand, but may need to ask questions.	excellent Children can read and understand the newsletter with out any help.
