These things allow the message to be easily understood by the reader.	Mostly Effective The majority of the document effectively depicts the desired message, there are a few small oversights in formatting.	Somewhat Usable Parts of the document are readable, however there are many places where formatting takes away from the message.	Ineffective Lack of editing or sloppy formatting leaves images and text unable to portray the message.
Content	Highly Effective All steps are concise and occur in a sequential order, allowing the reader to easily follow the directions.	Mostly Effective Most of the steps are concise and occur in a sequential manner, directions are generally easy to follow.	Somewhat Usable Some steps seem out of place, contain unnecessary details or are incomplete.	Ineffective Directions lack order and/or content that would allow the reader to follow the steps.
Photos	Highly Effective Pictures are clear, focused and contain only the necessary subjects.	Mostly Effective Pictures contain only a few distracting contents and are mostly clear and focused.	Somewhat Usable Lack of foresight in the photographs makes it hard to determine the desired subject of the photo.	Ineffective Pictures are unrecognizable.
