Compare/Contrast Essay: Book to movie - THE JUNGLE BOOK
The purpose of this rubric is to allow the younger student to know what the expectations are for writing a comparing/contrasting essay. The student will compare and contrast the book The Pilgrim's Progress by John Bunyan and Gospel Film Videos' The Pilgrim's Progress. In preparation for this assignment, the student will have had instruction in the writing process, sentence structure, capitalization, end marks, read the book and viewed the movie.
