Career Research Paper 
Apply knowledge of your interests, values, personality traits, and skills to the career decision making process. Write a 5 - 8 page research paper describing all aspects of a career field that you believe will be a good fit or match. Include a bibliography of career resources used. Draw conclusions between your assessment results and the nature of the career you have selected.

Poor

No conclusion provided; at best may provide a closing sentence, but does not provide any evaluation or analysis; does not reference research or assessment results; no mention of personal reactions, goals or future plans.

A minimum of 4 different sources of information is required.

Includes at least 4
(or more) different resources; followed appropriate format for a bibliography
Good

Includes fewer than 4 resources, but has a minimum of at least 3
