College of Charleston Cheerleading tryout rubric 2010-2011 
This rubric is used to outline each individual cheerleader's performance on the day of tryouts. It is to judge their current condition as well as their future potential for the team. Each girl will be judged equally with no bias opinion. All decision made will be for the maximum benefit of the College of Charleston cheerleading team for the 2010-2011 season. All decisions made are final.
