Video Quality	Poor Student made little to no effort to properly introduce themselves.	Fair Student did very well with this video, only a few minor issues.	Good Student followed all instructions and was able to make a very nice self introduction video.
Questions	Poor Student did not answer hardly any of the required questions.	Fair Student answered most of the required questions,but missed one or two, or did not answer one fully.	Good Student answered all questions perfectly.
Confidence	Poor Student show little to no confidence	Fair student was nervous but show confidence	Good student was confident in their video
