Self Assessment Rubric 
Reflections allow students the opportunity to think about their experiences and "get the learning out" of these experiences. Through reflections. Attempt to make a connection between the text and the classroom they will be teaching in.

Exemplary

The student refers to understanding the topic and having the confidence to teach the information to others.

Criteria 2

appropriate use of language, vocabulary, and grammar in Self Reflection response.

Beginning

Demonstrates a lack of control over language including vocabulary, and grammar. Reflection does not use sentence starter or is not on topic.
Progressing

Student begins to convey message but is not clear/does not use appropriate language for grade level.
Proficient

Student uses sentence starter and begins to make a substantial response.
Exemplary

Student utilized the sentence starter and clearly conveyed their answer.
