Design Sketch Design Sketch A sketch of a design that the student will create. This can be anything that they want to work on. Rubric Code: XB5W66 By tomboyklm Ready to use Public Rubric Subject: (General) Type: Assignment Grade Levels: 9-12

Fashion Sketch 100 % Student is to create their own fashion sketch with the correct proportions. Referring to page 120 for the information that is needed to create their sketch design.
	Poor-Has not started. The student had not started creating their assignment of a sketch design. 10 pts	Fair-Started on the sketch. The student has started on their sketch, getting the proportional lines in, found the center of their paper, making the correct height and has completed #1 on page 120. 12 pts	Better-Is almost finished. Student has completed #2 and is working on #3 from page 120 and is almost finished. 15 pts	Best-Finished the sketch. Student has completed all the steps from 1-4 and has two sketches, the second one is a new pose. 20 pts
Preliminary Sketch You are starting to read page 20 on how to start your sketch to complete the sketch with all the proportions worked into the sketch.	Poor-Has not started. Didn't complete the assignment, needs to get started.	Fair-Started on the sketch. Did start on the sketch but needs more work.	Better-Is almost finished. Almost finished with the preliminary sketch.	Best-Finished the sketch. Completed the preliminary sketch, now needs to revise the sketch with improvements.
Revised Sketch The Revised sketch is where you start to make corrections to the sketch using better proportions and lines to create your sketch.	Poor-Has not started. Hasn't started working on the revised sketch,	Fair-Started on the sketch. Has started but hasn't gotten very far.	Better-Is almost finished. Is almost finished with the revised sketch.	Best-Finished the sketch. Completed the Revised sketch and is now ready for the Final sketch.
Final Sketch The final sketch is to represent the final sketch using all that is needed to complete this section and earn a 100. Using the information on page 120-121 to help you.	Poor-Has not started. Is just not interested in completing this assignment.	Fair-Started on the sketch. Has started the Final sketch some.	Better-Is almost finished. Getting really close to being finished with the Final Sketch.	Best-Finished the sketch. Has finished the Final sketch. It's the right height, has vertical lines down the center, is using equal segments, horizontal lines. Used the pose for the figure. Actually has two sketches of two different poses.
