Organization & Structure	Poor Poor -Organization and structure are confusing.	Fair Fair -Structure of answers are not easy to follow.	Good Good -Struture is mostly clear and easy to follow.	Excellent Excellent -Strucutre is clear and easy to follow.
Format	Poor Poor -Assignment is disorganized and hard to follow/understand. Skills need significant work.	Fair Fair -Assignment is mostly organized, but is lacking clear strucutre. -No more than 5 errors, but skills need work.
