Presentation Rubric
	Poor 14 pts	Fair 16 pts	Good 18 pts	Excellent 20 pts
Content	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject. Correlation to math is not included.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions. Math correlation is incorrect.	Good Student is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate. Math correlation is vague	Excellent Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration. Math correlation is complete and accurate.
Math Connection	Poor Student reads all of report with no eye contact.	Fair Student occasionally uses eye contact, but still reads most of report.	Good Student maintains eye contact most of the time but frequently returns to notes.	Excellent Student maintains eye contact with audience, seldom returning to notes.
Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation because there is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence which audience can follow.	Excellent Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Paper	Poor Paper is full of ambiguous facts that are not related back to the topic. No references and a poor selection of resources.	Fair Paper has a clear beginning, middle and end. Most thoughts and observations are included, but lacks originality and references.	Good Paper is formatted correctly. Fair display of background knowledge and understanding of the connection to Statistics.	Excellent Paper is well-formatted using citations for resources, and a reference sheet. It completely shows a clear and thorough development of thought behind the process of statistics in the observed activity.
