Storyboard/Comic Your storyboard/comic will be assessed on the following criteria.
	Exemplary Consider being a professional! 25 pts	Great Solid job 20 pts	Good Could be a bit better with more effort 15 pts	OK Keep trying. 10 pts	Poor Needs work! 5 pts
Content 25 pts	Exemplary All of the required content is present, and the stages are labeled and represented accurately.	Great Most or all of the required content is present, and the stages are basically correct.	Good Only half of the required content is present.	OK Less than half of the required content is present.	Poor Most of the required content elements are missing. Required content: -Three stages of the hero's journey -Labels for the three stages -Title including student's name
Language 25 pts	Exemplary Clear, precise language with no grammatical or spelling errors	Great Only minor mistakes which don't impede understanding	Good Some errors which hinder the understanding of the text and/or a few spelling or grammar mistakes	OK Text difficult to understand and/or multiple grammar and spelling errors	Poor Lack of clear language

Graphics/Design 25 pts	Exemplary Eye-catching and effective use of graphics, color and fonts; all elements work together, not distracting the reader from the data but adding to its communication	Great Good use of graphics, color, and fonts; most elements add to the overall theme and story	Good Mediocre use of graphics, color, and fonts; the viewer/reader gets lost sometimes when searching for information	OK Poor use of graphics, color, and/or fonts; either visually distracting with the use of too many colors or fonts or visually boring with a lack of design features	Poor Design is messy, bland, or practically nonexistent
