What do success look like to me? 
The student will create a display poster to show around the classroom. The poster will contain information and opinions regarding the what they feel success looks like.

Does not have all of the relevant information of the poster. There is not enough information presented. Information is presented in an unorganised fashion.

The poster is lacking in elements required. There are many gaps in information presented.
Work quality/effort

Exceeds

8+ pictures. The work done exceeds all expectations and shows that the learner is proud of his/her work. The effort that was put into this task is the best it can be by the learner. Excellent use of class time.
Good

5+ pictures. The work was done with good effort that shows what the learner is capable of. It is evident that time was put into this poster and presentation. Good use of class time.
Fair

3+ Pictures. Work is done with fair effort, but the quality is still not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed. A little more effort to utilise class time was needed.
Poor

1+ Pictures. Work is done with little effort, quality is not what the learner is capable of. It is evident that the work was rushed and little time was spent on the final product. Work is incomplete. Class time not utilised by the student.
Style/Mechanics

Exceeds

The poster has an element of creativity and style, and is not just a list of facts. The poster is presented in a clear and concise manner with full understanding of the subject.
Good

The poster is clear and logical and contains facts as well as very few mistakes. Good clear presentation.
Fair

The poster lacks style and reads more like a list of facts than an informational presention. The poster lacks neatness and clarity.
Poor

The poster lacks a clear understanding of the subject matter and there are many errors. Poster is not creative.
Spelling & punctuation

Exceeds

There is 1 or less spelling or punctuation mistakes. It is clear the student has proof read their work, and sought help when necesary.
Good

There are 2-3 spelling and punctuation mistakes, but efforts have been made to edit work.
Fair

There are 4-6 spelling and punctuation mistakes. Little effort has been made to edit work.
Poor

There ae over 6 spelling mistakes, with no effort to edit work, or seek help.
