Mostly Effective Presentations has a title slide, 3 text overlays, 5 transitions and includes credits.	Somewhat Usable Presentation may have a title slide but does not meet the minimum criteria for text overlays, transitions or ending credits.	Ineffective Few, if any of the presentation content requirements are met.
Message	Highly Effective Group crafts an entertaining review that is enriched through the use of images, video text and narration.	Mostly Effective The review is complete and the author uses photos and videos effectively.	Somewhat Usable The group mostly fails to utilize photos and video to maximize the presentation's potential.	Ineffective The digital story is incomplete or does not make sense.
Mechanics	Highly Effective All text, photos and titles are properly formatted.	Mostly Effective There are a few errors in editing but they mostly do not take away from the message.	Somewhat Usable Several errors hinder the viewer's interpretation of the message.	Ineffective Editing is sloppy and mistakes greatly take away from the message.
