	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
H & H Lesson Plan Form	Poor Meets very few or is incomplete in addressing the sections outlined in the H & H Lesson Plan Form.	Fair Meets most but not all of the sections outlined, or not specific enough in completing all sections.	Good Meets all sections adressed in the H & H Lesson Plan form and spcifically and completely answers all questions.
Integration of Technology	Poor Does not include a "Technology in the Classroom" aspect to the lesson.	Fair Includes a technology aspect but it does not flow well with the rest of the lesson.	Good Seamlessly integrates technology into the lesson.
Assesment	Poor Little or no thought given to authentic assesment for the lesson.	Fair Assesment included but is incomplete or not authentic.	Good Authentic assesment included that fits well with the lesson's goals.
