Conduct	Unsatisfactory The student does not follow classroom rules. Has been talked to by the teacher several times during the class.	Improvement Needed The student has broken almost all classroom rules. Has been talked to four or more times during the class about behavior.	Satisfatory The student has broke one or two classroom rules. Has been talked to two or three times during the class about behavior.	Good The student is following most or all classroom rules. Has only been talked to by the teacher once during the class about behavior	Outstanding The student consistently follows all classroom rules. The teacher does not have to talk with them during the classtime.
Effort	Unsatisfactory The student shows no active participation. No class preparation was taken. Homework was not completed. Classwork was not attempted.	Improvement Needed The student only participates when teacher prompts them to do so. Sometimes comes to class prepared. Homework was partially completed. Homework is not very neat. Classwork has been attempted but very little effort put into it.	Satisfatory The student shows some active participation. Homework is partially completed or fully completed. Homework and classwork is neat and effort was attempted.	Good The student is attempting to participate in class. Homework is fully completed. Classwork shows effort and is neat.	Outstanding The student participates well. Homework is fully completed and neat. Classwork has been completed on time and is neat.
