Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject.
Fair
Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.
Good
Student is at ease with expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.
Excellent
Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
Recipe Choice
Poor
The student has not provided a recipe to share with the class.
Fair
The recipe relates to the student's chosen culture, but is not creative or unique.
Good
The recipe is creative and represents the student's chosen culture.
Excellent
The recipe chosen is unique, creative, and originated in the student's chosen culture.
Posterboard
Poor
Student does not provide a poster board to accompany their presentation.
Fair
Poster board is plain and appears to have not had much effort put into it. Provides some pictures and some information.
Good
Poster board accompanies the presentation. It displays pictures and information relative to the information.
Excellent
Poster board is vibrant, organized, creative, and neat. It compliments the presentation with pictures and relative to the information.
