Expresssion	Poor (1) Student reads quotations with no feeling or expression.	Fair (2) Student reads quotations with little feeling or expression.	Good (3) Student reads quotation with some expression and feeling but is inconsistent throughout the text.	Great (4) Students reads quotations with feeling and expression giving the words character.
End Punctuation	Poor (1) Students stopped reading at end punctuation with 4 or more errors.	Fair (2) Students stopped reading at end punctuation with 3 errors.	Good (3) Students stopped reading at end punctuation with 1-2 errors.	Great (4) Students stopped reading at end punctuation with 0 errors.
Fluency	Poor (1) Students read with fluency and correct expression with 4 or more errors.	Fair (2) Students read with fluency and correct expression with 3 errors.
