American Way Middle School Cheerleading Tryouts 2011-2012 
This rubric is used to outline each individual cheerleader's performance on the day of tryouts. It is to judge their current condition as well as their future potential for the team. Each cheerleader will be judged equally with no bias opinion. All decisions made will be for the maximum benefit of Southwood Middle School cheer-leading team for the 2011-2012 season. All decisions made are final.
