Facial Expressions	Level 2 There were few if no facial expressions. Present facial expressions did not match with mood or emotion. The faces were blank.	Level 3 Students used facial expressions and attempted to match the mood or emotion. They were expressive most of the time.	Level 4 Different facial expressions were used and they accurately portrayed the mood or emotion intended. Very expressive faces.
Body Movement	Level 2 Actors stood still most of the time as if frozen. Few body movements did not help to tell the story.	Level 3 There were body movements. Most of the time the movements matched the emotion/mood and helped to tell the story. Sometimes the movements seemed out of place.	Level 4 The movements were expressive and helped to tell the story. They matched the mood/emotion of the character. Movements seemed to fit the moment.
Voice	Level 2 Students' were hard to hear. Voice was monotone and there were little to no emotions/moods portrayed.	Level 3 Students' voices could be heard most of the time. Students attempted to change the tone/volume of the voice to add mood and emotion. Most of the time the voice matched the situation.	Level 4 Students varied the tone and volume of voices often to match the mood/emotion of the character. Students could always be heard.
Props	Level 2 There were no use of props.	Level 3 Props were brought in, but not used effectively in skit.	Level 4 Props were evident and used properly and effectively.
Effort	Level 2 Looks like no effort was put into the skit/presentation.	Level 3 Effort is evident.	Level 4 It is easy to tell that lots of effort was put into the skit.
