Shares Equally	Excellent Always does agreed upon work without needing reminders.	Good Usually does agreed upon work. Sometimes needs reminders.	Fair Rarely does agreed upon work. Often needs reminders.	Needs Improvement Always relies on others to do the work.
Works Diligently	Excellent Comes to class fully prepared with assigned materials pertinent to the issue being researched.
