Creativity - Visuals 3 pts 1. Introduce your hospital 2 Discuss why your Institution is known as a Historically Black Hospital 3 Where is it located 4. When was it founded/opened; closed? 5. Who was the founding president? current president?	Good The student work demonstrates a unique level of originality. Paper includes pictures and or props. Ensure your ppt flows effortlessly If there is information that you are unable to find, DO NOT PUT THAT IN YOUR PRESENTATION!! (-10pts if you do)	Fair The student work demonstrates some originality.	Poor The paper shows little or no evidence of original thought.
Format 3 pts 6. Briefly explain why there was a need to open this hospital 7 How many patients did/does the hospital hold 8 Does/did this hospital offer schooling for nurses/doctors?	Good Students included 8+ facts. Powerpoint flows and is easy to follow. Paper is typed and used 12 font Times New Roman Great use of photos	Fair Student included at least 6-8 facts. Paper can be followed and 12 Times New Roman font is used.	Poor Student included less than 5 facts and did not use proper font.

Bibliograpy	Good Student provides clear history of hospital Student provides detail of location	Fair Student provides some history and touches on some history.	Poor Paper does not provide adequate history.
