Good -Student participates in most required activities. - Student occasionally volunteers responses or responds when called on.	Fair - Student participates in some required activities. - Student rarely volunteers responses or responds when called on.	Poor - Student does not participate in activities. - Student does not volunteer responses or responds when called on.
On Task	Excellent - Student’s responses are relevant, on target, and meaningful - Student is on task during class time.	Good - Student’s responses are somewhat relevant, on target, and meaningful. - Student is mostly on task during class time.	Fair - Student’s responses are irrelevant, not on target, and are not meaningful. -Student is sometimes on task during class time.	Poor - Student’s responses are irrelevant, not on target, and are not meaningful. - Student is not on task during class time.
Attentive/Respectful	Excellent - Student is attentive and respectful at all times.	Good - Student is usually attentive and respectful.	Fair - Student is somewhat attentive and respectful.	Poor - Student is not attentive or respectful.
