Desk Space	Poor Has projects and other materials in other students space.	Fair Space is cluttered and full of random papers and materials.	Moderate Has the wrong materials out for the days lesson.	Excelent Has proper materials out on desk.
Personal Space	Poor Is sitting on the table or counter space.	Fair Is sitting in the wrong seat.	Moderate Is sitting in their seat but with a backpack on.	Excelent Is sitting in their designated seat without backpack.
Noise level	Poor Is talking with other students from across the room.	Fair Is talking with other students at the same table.	Moderate Is talking with another student quietly.	Excelent Is not talking with others.
Focus	Poor Has head down on desk.	Fair Working on things from another class.	Moderate Is finishing up somthing from another class.	Excelent Is working on the Catalyst for the day.
