Meets the Standard - Content is inconsistent with regard to purpose and clarity of thought. -Date is inconsistently/ incorrectly written.	Proficient with Distinction - Content and purpose of the writing are clear. -Date is correctly written at the top right hand corner of every page.
Format/Grammar	Partially Meets the Standard - Paper contains numerous grammatical, punctuation, and spelling errors. - Paragraph is inadequate/excessive in length.	Meets the Standard - Paragraph contains few grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. - Paragraph is slightly over/ under sentence length.	Proficient with Distinction - Rules of grammar, usage, and punctuation are followed; spelling is correct. - Log entry is done in complete sentences.
Group meeting details	Partially Meets the Standard - Details are incomplete. -Missing information for all log entries.	Meets the Standard - Content is inconsistent with regard to purpose and clarity of thought. -Date is inconsistently/ incorrectly written.	Proficient with Distinction - Content and purpose of the writing are clear. -Details are correctly written for each entry.
