Does Not Meet Standard

Daily Behavior Problems- difficult to manage even in small groups. Does not work well with other children and often has conflicts with others. Somewhat noncompliant. Requires constant redirection to stay on task and complete assignments. Disrupts learning environment. Often uses foul language. Instigates negativity.
Standards Barely Met

Occasional behavior problems, but manageable in small group and 1:1 situation. Responds to redirection and reinforcement. Does not tend to disrupt learning of others. Rarely uses foul lnaguage.
Standards Met

Typical behavior problems, or somewhat withdrawn. Tends to work well in small groupls with supervision. Responds to teacher direction and is usually respectful. Uses appropriate language. Frequencytly demonstrates cooperation. Usually follows directions and rules.
Exceeds standards

No behavior concerns. Very respectful, remains on task, completes assignments, and works independently. Gets along with peers in all settings. Always follows directions and rules. Always uses appropriate language. Is a positive leader and mentor. Respects rules.
Student Academics

Does Not Meet Standard

Significant learning problems and significant delays in 2 or more academic areas that do not respond to interventions or differentiation. Requires extensive assistance on assignments.
Standards Barely Met

Some learning problems and a significant delay in only one academic area, but responds to interventions and differentiation.
Standards Met

No learning problems or very slight delays. Responds well to intervention and differentiation. Meets grade level expectations in most areas.
Exceeds standards

Meets or exceeds grade level expecatations in all academic areas. Exceeds grade level expectations in 1 or more areas. Is able to work independently.
Parent Involvement

Does Not Meet Standard

Parents rarely involved in school activities, are very difficult to reach, and are not supportive of school efforts. Parents often become argumentative and disrespectful with school staff. Homework not completed and/or student does not have necessary materials. Parents rarely get student to school on time and/or student frequently misses school.
Standards Barely Met

Parent comes to a few school activities, are sometimes difficult to reach, and sometimes does not support school. Sometimes become disrespectful when angry, but through discussion will support school. Homework sometimes not completed. Student misses more than average amount of school and is sometimes late.
Standards Met

Parent comes to some school sponsored activites. Tends to be respectful of school staff and usually responds when staff try to communicate. Parents tend to support school staff who work with student. Student regularly attends school and is usually on time.
Exceeds standards

Parents very involved and supportive of school. Communicate with school at least weekly. Parent makes sure that homework is completed and student returns all necessary papers to school. Student always attends school and is always on time.
Student Life Skills

Does Not Meet Standard

Student rarely able to work independently. Student rarely able to concentrate when other disruptions are happening in the classroom. Student very rarely shows concern for other students. Does not utilize class time. Does not ask for help nor helps others.
Standards Barely Met

Student is easily distracted by other things going on in the room. Student needs redirection and assistance to stay on task and complete work. Student occasionally shows concern for others. Frequently wastes class time. Seldom helps others when asked. Some assignments incomplete.
Standards Met

Student is usually able to ignore distractions and keep working. Student often shows concern for others. Student is usually able to work independently. Utilizes class time. Helps others when asked. Does what needs to be done without being reminded. Particpates and cooperates.
Exceeds standards

Student is able to work independently and ignore distractions. Student is not easily bothered by others. Student helps others without being told and shows concern for others. Cooperates and willingly participates in all activities. Uses class time productively.
