Presentation/Role play skills

Student is in character only briefly and sporadically, making the role play ineffective and unbelievable. Poor presentation skills.
Fair

Student attempts to stay in character, but drops in and out often, making the role play less effective and believable. Fair presentation skills.
Good

Student stays in character and communicates effectively and believably most of the time. Good presentation skills (eye contact, pace, volume).

Student stays in character and communicates effectively and believably the entire time. Very good presentation skills (eye contact, pace, volume).
Events/Reactions

Presentation does not contain 4 important events from the book and the character's reaction to the events is not present.

Presentation either does not contain at least 4 important events from the book or the character's reaction to each event is not thoroughly explored.
Good

Presentation contains 4 events from the book that are important. The character's reaction to each event is less thorough than it could be.
Very Good

Presentation contains at least 4 interesting and important events from the book. The character's reaction to each event is very thorough.
Familiarity with Script

Poor

Brought food, but did not prepare it and had little to say about it.
Fair

Prepared a dish to share with the class and provided a recipe, but did not have much to say about the dish
Good

Student prepared the dish, explained its significance to the Greek people and provided a recipe.
Very Good

Student knows the script well and has memorized it.
