Form/Neatness	Below Standard Poem/Rap is not presented neatly on the pages and it is with or without illustration.	Meets Standard Poem/Rap is presented neatly on page and has an illustration.	Above Standard Poem/Rap is creative and original. The poet put a lot of thought into the poems and presented it neatly on the page (all stanzas and lines completed correctly) with illustration.
