Class Participation Grade Class Participation Grade All students are expected to participate in class! I do understand that some students are shy and participate in ways other than class discussion. Forms of participation other than participating in class discussion (although this is a primary form of participation) include coming to me for extra help, giving other students feedback in class, adhering to the no-voice, consistent attendance, and being able to answer in-class dialogue from both the teacher and other students. Good GOOD<BR> Student arrives on time and enters the classroom without disrupting. Student navigates to his/her desk independently.	Fair FAIR<BR> Student arrives on time and enters the classroom with disruption. Student navigates to desk.	Poor POOR<BR> Student arrives on time and enters the classroom but is disrupting.
Attending	Excellent EXCELLENT<BR> Student will behave appropriately during the lesson and keep his/her attention focused upon the teacher, others, and class work.	Good GOOD<BR> Student will behave appropriately during most the lesson and keep his/her attention focused upon the teacher, others, and class work.	Fair FAIR<BR> Student will behave appropriately during some of the lesson and keep his/her attention focused upon the teacher, others, and class work sometimes.
