Students will create a presentation on speed reading. They will discuss different techniques to learn to speed read, their goals on speed reading, a successful person that speed reads, and what they expect to gain from speed reading

Fair

Student needs to speak more clearly; so the class can understand. Student needs more detail in their presentation.

The student did not develop a presentation.
Preparedness

The student is well prepared to give his/her presentation, and it is obvious that the student rehearsed.

The student is somewhat prepared to give his/her presentation, and it is appears that the student could have used more time to rehearse.

The student is not prepared to give his/her presentation, and it is obvious that the student did not rehearse.

It is obvious that the student did not read the book.
