Poor There were less than 4 illustrations related to the book that represent the key events, characters and setting in the book..
Layout of Book	Excellent Student inlcuded all of the following: cover with title and illustration, pages arranged in order, author and illustrator name.	Fair Student included three of the following for their book: cover with title and illustration, pages arranged in order author and illustrator name.	Good Student included only two of the following for their book: cover with title and illustration, and/or pages were not arranged in order author and illustrator name.	Poor Student included only one of the following for their book: cover with title and illustration, and/or pages were not arranged in order author and illustrator name.
Presentation	Excellent Student presented book to the class with confidence, spoke loud for everyone to hear, and was able to answer questions about their book.	Fair Student presented book to the class and was able to show two of the following: confidence, loudness, and knowledge about their book.	Good Student presented book to the class and was able to show one of the following: confidence, loudness, and knowledge about their book.	Poor Students presentation was lacking and did not show confidence, or knowledge of the book.
Creativity/Neatness	Excellent Illustrator took the time to show much of the book's content creatively and was careful and neat.	Fair Illustrator showed some of the book's content through creativity and was somewhat neat.	Good Very little in the illustrations related to the story. More attention should have been given to the creativity and neatness of the project.	Poor The creativity and neatness are lacking in the book. Seems to have been rushed or finished last minute.
