Oral Presentation/Illustration Oral Presentation Rubric for evaluating student presentations. Can be applied to any presentation. Presentation Rubric
	Poor 3 pts	Fair 4 pts	Good 5 pts
Eye Contact	Poor Student retells the story with no eye contact.	Fair Student occasionally uses eye contact.	Good Student maintains eye contact most of the time.
Elocution	Poor Student mumbles, incorrectly pronounces terms, and speaks too quietly for students in the back of class to hear.	Fair Student's voice is low. Student incorrectly pronounces terms. Audience members have difficulty hearing presentation.	Good Student's voice is clear. Student pronounces most words correctly. Most audience members can hear presentation.
Presentation Behavior	Poor Student does not stand straight or still for presentation.	Fair Student moves around for most of the presentation.	Good Student stands straight and still for part of presentation
Illustration	Poor Student did not illustrate a scene from the book.	Fair Student illustrated a scene, but without much effort.	Good Student artfully illustrated a scene from the book.
Title/Name	Poor Student did not write title on the poster or their name.	Fair Student only wrote title or their name not both.	Good Student wrote title and their name on the poster in the assigned place.
Rubric	Poor Student did not have rubric.	Fair Student had rubric but was in wrong order.	Good Student had rubric and was in correct order.
