Volume 5 pts Oral Delivery	Poor Constant prompt to speak, but participates. 5 pts.	Fair Speaks too soft or loud to hear. 10 pts.	Good Usually speaks loudly enough for audience to hear 15 pts.	Excellent Consistently speaks loudly enough for audience to hear 20 pts.
Clarity 5 pts Oral Delivery	Poor Omits/Skips unknown words. Makes little effort to try. 5 pts.	Fair Many words pronounced incorrectly, to fast or slow, mumbles. 10 pts	Good Most words are pronounced correctly and easily understood 15 pts.	Excellent Words are pronounced correctly and easily understood 20 pts.
