FORMAT	90% - 100% ALL Notes follow correct format as modeled in class, with main ideas and supporting information in proper place	80% -89% MOST notes follow correct format as modeled in class, with main ideas and supporting information in proper place	70% -79% Less than 1/2 of notes follow correct format as modeled in class, with main ideas and supporting information in proper place	60% -69% Notes do not follow correct format as modeled in class. Main ideas and supporting information are NOT in proper place
CONTENT	90% - 100% Notes clearly contain "main idea" concepts followed by supporting details and/or evidence	80% -89% Notes are missing a few "main ideas" OR all ideas do not contain supporting details and/or evidence	70% -79% Notes are missing many main ideas OR are missing many supporting details and/or evidence	60% -69% Notes contain few main ideas or supporting details, or contain content that is off the main content topic
