High intensity workout Routine
Dance / Aerobics Routine
Students will fashion and present an original workout routine. Must incorporate all 4 components of health (aerobic, muscular strength and endurance, and flexibility) warm up, 4 min. aerobic segment and a cool down.

Written directions had tremendous thought and creativity. Work out had creative title, advanced moves and well defined justification for all components.

Group did not cue the new moves in advance or the direction of the move. Could not hear.
Fair
Cuing was done sometimes and directional changes cued some of the time. Audience had a hard time hearing at times.

Cuing was done most of the time with directional changes.

All cuing was done and shared amoung the group members. Voice was loud and could be heard.
