Organization	Excellent Board presents topical information in logical, interesting sequence which reader/observer can follow.	Good Board presents topical information in logical sequence which reader/observer can follow.	Fair Reader/observer has difficulty understanding topical information<BR> because bulletin board displays little logic or sequence of the information.	Poor Reader/observer has difficulty understanding topical information<BR> because bulletin board displays no logic or sequence of the information.
Subject Knowledge	Excellent Demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by displaying topical information with explanations and elaboration.	Good Demonstrates adequate knowledge by displaying topical information with explanations but little elaboration.	Fair Demonstrates a minimal grasp of knowledge by displaying superficial facts with no explanations or elaborations.	Poor Fails to demonstrate knowledge of topical information.
Graphics	Excellent Graphics are appropriate for public display. explain and reinforce topical information. Source of graphics is displayed	Good Graphics are appropriate for public display and relate to topical information. Source of graphics is displayed.	Fair Graphics are somewhat appropriate and give little support to topical information. Some graphics do not have source displayed. Aesthetics	Excellent The board is exceptionally attractive in terms of design, layout, and neatness.	Good The board is attractive in terms of design layout and neatness.	Fair The board is acceptably attractive though it may be a bit messy.	Poor The board is distractingly messy or very poorly designed. It is not attractive.
Mechanics	Excellent Bulletin Board has no misspellings or grammatical errors.	Good Bulletin Board has no more than two misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Fair Bulletin Board has three misspellings and/or grammatical errors.	Poor Bulletin Board has four or more spelling errors and/or grammatical errors.
