Format	Poor - Paper lacks many elements of correct formattting. - Paragrpah is inadequate/excessive in length.	Fair - Paper follows most guidelines.	Client-Ready - Resume follows designated guidelines of: -All same font on whole document. -No more thatn 3 different sizes of font. -No more than 3 primary dutuies per job. -Margins are uniform and easy to read.
