Fair needs 2 adult prompts and reminders to focus and continue working on an assignment in the allotted time.	Good needs 1 or no adult prompts and reminders to focus and continue working on an assignment in the allotted time.
Self Esteem Increasing self-esteem as it relates to work production and employment skills	Poor Student can identify few to no ways to build self esteem and use coping skills.	Fair Student can identify some ways to build self esteem and name at least 1 coping skill.	Good Student can identify several ways to build self esteem at least 2 coping skills.
Flexible Thinking Student will use flexible thinking problem solving skills and is able to follow adult direction even when perceived as challenging or a non-interest activity.	Poor Is not able to state what it means to be a flexible thinker, nor make choices and follow through	Fair Able to state what it means to be a flexible thinker and make choices and then follow through with 2-3 prompts	Good Able to state what it means to be a flexible thinker and be willing to make choices from those presented by the teacher and follow through, with 1 or no prompts.
