3-Day Meal Plan 
Create a 3-day healthy meal and snack plan for eating out at a fast food restaurant. Plan each breakfast, lunch, dinner, and all snacks and beverages so that your food intake for the day meets daily recommended number of servings for each food group. Each day of your meal plan must include: a) Three meals, two snacks, & drinks (one meal per day is from restaurant given) b) Serving sizes for each item to eat or drink c) Daily total number of servings for each food group.
