-I'm MOSTLY on-task and worked productively. I leave seat sometimes and stay mostly on task while in groups

-I'm MOSTLY off-task and
UNPRODUCTIVE. I make frequent trips out of the room, and need to be refocused during group work

-I'm NOT on-task nor productive. I make excessive trips out the room or seat, I do not participate in group work.

I am PREPARED for class with assignments and suggested class materials and homework.

I display EXCESSIVE disruptive behavior such as: speaking out of turn, derailing conversations, and distracting classmates. Ms. Honig has to remind me often.
