Estates & Trusts 2nd Class Assignment 
Students prepare a 5 - 7 page legal memorandum about the potential affects that the legalization of same-sex marriage could have on issues surrounding death. The paper is worth a total of 100 points, 16% of the final course grade, and grading is based on the criteria listed below. A minimum of 5 online sources are required.
