Sanitation	Excellent! Excellent safety, and sanitation practices and made sure that all in group practiced them	Good Work Good job, student had great safety and sanitation practice (did not eat dough with fingers)	Average Job minimal safety exhibited, some dishes clean, left in dish drain.
