Appetizer Platter 
The learners are expected to make an appetizer platter including 2-3 varieties of appetizer with dip or drizzle, relish presented in a beautiful way and served to their family members. The product tasting will be graded by family members for rating. This rubric is the basis for this appetizer platter.

The presentation was good. It contained colour and plate was fairly organised. There is an appetizer but no dip or relish.

The presentation was fair. It contained some colour and plate was organised with some creativity. No relish or Dip was presented in the platter. Not very palatable.

The presentation lacked color and plate was unorganized. It contained no eye-appeal.
