	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Introduction	Poor Little or no introduction to the student as an educator, student's technology use, or teaching philosophy.	Fair Introduction included but is incomplete, missing sections, or does not accurately represent the student.	Good Introduction accurately depicts the student and gives a clear and in depth explanation of the student's relationship to technology as well as teaching philosophy.
Artifacts	Poor Artifacts missing or inaccessible by links provided.	Fair Artifacts present, but do not represent a range of semester's work. (i.e. three discussion posts from the first 2 weeks)	Good Artifacts present that represent a range of the semester's work and showcases the student's talents. Artifacts integrated into the ePortfolio well via links or presentation.
Relfection	Poor Little meaningful reflection on the artifacts or unifying theme.	Fair Theme and reflection included but fit loosely together with few connections visible.	Good Reflection shows careful thought on unifying theme as well as how artifacts fit in with that theme. Student displayed thought in how this theme will affect future classroom.
General Appearance	Poor Little or no effort put in to making the ePortfolio look aesthetically good; multiple grammatical errors; poor flow.	Fair ePortfolio looks decent but more could be done in terms of flow or readability.	Good ePortfolio looks professional. Few grammatical errors and the webpages seem to flow together well. All links work and are appropriate.
