Level 1 -I needed one-on-one help, but I completed the assignment. -I am just starting to learn this, but don't completely understand it.	Level 0 -I did not complete the assignment, even with help. -I do not understand.
Participation	Level 4 -I participated in class discussion. -I raised my hand to ask/answer questions. -I complete my work neatly, and tried my best.	Level 3 -I participate in class discussion sometimes. -I raised my hand to ask/answer questions. -I sometimes try my best, and make minimal mistakes with classwork.
