Strategy Development	Good The strategies developed are practical, constructive, and effective. These strategies are developed from the perspectives of all three components - family, school, and the community.	Fair Some strategies are practical, constructive, and effective, but may miss one or two of the three components.	Poor The strategies developed are ineffective and do not help family, school, and the community to promote children's identity development.
Presentation Content	Good Presentation content is complete and the information presented is clear and easy to understand.	Fair Presentation content is mostly complete and the information presented is mostly clear.
