Introduction to Lesson	Excellent Introduction to the lesson was enthusiastic and stimulated interest in the activity	Good Introduction to the lesson was somewhat enthusiastic. The worker attempted to stimulate interest. The introduction wasn't very engaging.	Poor Introduction to the lesson was less than enthusiastic and didn't stimulate interest in the activity.
Skill Development Component	Excellent Skill development activity was presented with clarity and included opportunities for the cliass to practise.	Good Skill development activity was presented with clarity but did not provide adequate time for the class to practise. Organization	Excellent There was an organized flow to the presentation. Concepts built upon one another. Presenter had everything needed for the presentation.	Good A little bit unorganized but is still got the points across. Had everything needed for the presentation.	Poor The information was presented in a confusing manner. The presenter was not prepared with everything needed for the presentation.
Visual Aids/Props	Excellent Presenter effectively used appropriate visual aids/props which provided an opportunity for the class to practise their new skill. Visual aids appeared to be thoughtfully selected.	Good Presenter brought visual aids/props to support learning but only minimally used them to support learning. Some thought and effort appeared to be put into the choice of visual aids but more effort may have improved the presentation.	Poor Presenter did not bring in visual aids/props or brought in visual aids/props that were not particularly helpful in supporting skill development or reinforcing learning. Minimal thought or effort appeared to have been put into the choice of visual aids.
Handouts	Excellent Presenter brought a well organized handout which summarized the content and provided additional information.	Good Presenter brought a handout but the content was not fully organized .	Poor No handout was provided.
