Notebook/Binder Check Binder Check All students are to keep all documents in chronological order in the notebook/binder. The health contract must be on the front page of the notebook/binder at all times. Handouts can be placed in a folder. Neatness and Guidelines	Excellent, Mastered! Health contract is the first page. All papers are neatly and securely placed in notebook, binder, or folder.	On Track. Health contract is on the last page. All papers are securely placed in the notebook/binder, but some are out of chronological order.	In Progress. Has Health contract, but in a location other than the last page. Most papers are placed in the binder/notebook, but not in chronological order.	Still Working Hard. Missing the Health contract, or is disrepair, or has documents randomly placed or missing.	Uh, Oh! Missing significant portions of the year's work, documents are randomly placed, there is no Health contract, and in general, the binder/notebook is in disarray.
Notes and Classwork	Excellent, Mastered! Contains all of class assignments, handouts and notes in chronological order.	On Track. Contains most (all but one) of the class assignments, handouts and notes in chronological order.	In Progress. Contains some (all but two) of the class assignments, handouts and notes in chronological order.	Still Working Hard. Missing more than three days worth of class assignments, handouts and notes, and/or they are not in chronological order.	Uh, Oh! Does not meet specified standards.
Homework	Excellent, Mastered! Contains all homework assignments in chronological order.	On Track. Contains most homework assignments in chronological order. Corrections discussed in class have been made.	In Progress. Contains half of the homework assignments, or they are out of chronological order. Some corrections have been made to assignments.	Still Working Hard. Most homework assignments are missing. Very few corrections have been made on assignments.	Uh, Oh! Does not meet specified standards.
